Your wellbeing matters to us. If something at Wildfern Grove affected your sense of safety or you experienced a consent issue at one of our events, a community partner hosted event, or anywhere on the land, our Care & Consent Team wants to hear from you. No concern is too small. Something that felt "off" in the moment matters too. Reporting helps us care for you, support everyone involved, and keep strengthening a culture of consent on the land.

Share as much or as little as feels right. You can report anonymously. If you'd like support, follow-up, or to hear how things were addressed, please leave your contact information. We can keep your identity private from the person involved if you'd prefer. If you’re at an event, an Event Angel can also help you complete this form.
